Role Overview/Key Responsibilities: The Customer Success Operations Intern will support building scalable operational infrastructure across onboarding, lifecycle management, reporting, and knowledge management. Key areas of focus include: • Enhancing Customer Success processes and documentation • Supporting lifecycle management workflows • Assisting with reporting and analytics efforts • Helping build and organize internal knowledge repositories • Contributing to operational standardization initiatives
