About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves working closely with clients and partners to ensure they maximize the value of our platform, providing insights, training, and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media intelligence, strong relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to customer success.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance (required).
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with the IC or USG (DoD, DHS, Intelligence Agencies, etc.).
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights to drive success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at a startup is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with USG INDOPACOM customers.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on best practices and use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to advocate for customer needs.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks.
  • Support renewals, expansions, and overall account growth.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time for customer visits, training, and industry events
