About The Position

Futura Marketing is hiring a remote Customer Support Associate in Wichita. This is a part-time position within our distribution team. Weekday daytime shifts only. No experience required — training provided. Pay: $21–$26/hour.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email
Update order and shipping information
Resolve delivery issues and delays
Follow service workflow guidelines
Escalate complex cases when needed
Maintain accurate support records
