Reporting directly to the VP & GM of Customer Support, this role provides high-level administrative and operational support while ensuring smooth communication, consistent cadence, and strong alignment across customer support leadership and teams. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who excels at coordination, communication, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator must be an organized multi-tasker with a keen ability to handle many diverse projects at once, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. This role is based in Somerset, NJ.
