As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing the data and analytics support for enterprise data integration tasks, including ingestion, standardization, enrichment, mastering and assembly of data products for downstream applications. About You: You are meticulous and possess strong critical thinking skills. You possess superb communication skills, both written and verbal. You enjoy working with clients, working collaboratively among full multi-functional teams, and bringing business strategy to life! You have experience in Financial Analytics What you’ll do: Provide analytic deliverables in alignment with the established analytic strategy within a constantly evolving business landscape. Work on all the data types across the enterprise including Customer, Dealer, Vehicle, App, Clickstream, Transactional sales and service data, etc. Strong data wrangling skills to establish relevant data sets for reporting, analyses, dashboard data models, etc. Provide openness to Data Quality issues and work with the business owners to fix the issues. Ability to work in different database technologies including Google Cloud Platform, Hadoop, etc. Experience building visualizations using QlikSense, or other visualization tools Ability to write sophisticated queries needed to query & analyze data (Big Query, SQL, Alteryx, etc.). Experience in creation of scripts to manipulate files, automate, streamline existing manual analytic and reporting processes would be helpful. Knowledge of data transfer and ingestion technologies. Ability to communicate sophisticated solution concepts, and analyses in simple terms. Ability to think creatively and apply multiple solutions to business problems. Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Strong Oral and written communication skills. Commitment to quality and accuracy of the work you're doing. Strong Qlik Sense and expertise and Big Query/Alteryx expertise (ability to execute multiple analytic roles –visualization, analysis, ad hoc and recurring deliverables) Attend weekly internal team mtgs and client status meetings to share project updates. Flexibility to work with a distributed team located across time zones. What you’ll need: Sophisticated degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Physics, Computer Science and other technical fields. Must have familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Data operations. Demonstrable experience in data wrangling, reporting, modeling, and campaign measurement. Minimum of 2 years of analyst experience. Demonstrated customer focus, with the ability to evaluate decisions through the eyes of the customer, build strong customer relationships, and create processes with customer viewpoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions. Good communication skills, and ability to take initiative, with confirmed abilities to communicate complex topics to leaders and peers in a simple, clear, plan oriented manner. Ability to anticipate obstacles and develop plans to resolve those obstacles. Change-oriented, with the ability to actively generate process improvements, support and motivate change, and confront difficult circumstances in creative ways. Inventive and quick learner, with the ability to efficiently seek out, learn, and apply new areas of expertise, as needed. Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Requirements

Sophisticated degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Physics, Computer Science and other technical fields.
Must have familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Data operations.
Demonstrable experience in data wrangling, reporting, modeling, and campaign measurement.
Minimum of 2 years of analyst experience.
