About The Position

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a highly experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to provide performance management support to enable data-driven analytical decision-making.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of DHS or DoD experience.
Minimum 8+ years of Data Analytics experience. This experience may overlap with DHS/DOD experience.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
BA or BS in Management, Engineering or Business
PMP certification.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Public Trust
US Citizenship Requirements: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets.
Consolidate data from multiple systems including Shore Asset Management (SAM), FSMS, SharePoint, etc. to provide data analysis in support of programmatic decision making.
Develop enablement tools to improve the data quality across systems of record.
Sustain and maintain performance management tools developed.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
