Position Overview: Position: Part-Time Seasonal Position Program Dates: Approximately May 4, 2026 - August 28, 2026. Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week Schedule: Monday - Friday. Work Location: Hybrid (Home and Office). The office is located in Dania Beach, Florida. Position Overview: The Data & Compliance Analyst supports the daily oversight and accuracy of the Link2Feed Point of Service (POS) system and related meal tracking platforms used within the Healthy Meals Out of School (HMOS) Department. This role focuses on data integrity, compliance monitoring, and operational system support for the Afterschool Meal Program (AMP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). The Analyst ensures digital meal records are accurate, complete, and aligned with USDA and state requirements. This position is technical and detail-oriented in nature and includes customer service responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry, compliance support, or systems coordination
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in compliance-driven environments
  • Strong organizational skills and independent problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
  • Ability to clearly and concisely exchange/receive ideas, facts, and technical information
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating system implementations or digital rollouts.
  • Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, sit, stand, hear, use hands to fingers, handle, feel or operate objects, and read and write English.
  • Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office equipment, such as, but not limited to, a personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machines.
  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, sunlight, noise, dirt, and dust is common.
  • Work may be performed on uneven surfaces.
  • While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee must be able to lift, carry, and/or push articles weighing up to 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Link2Feed or similar point-of-sale (POS) systems strongly preferred
  • Experience within federally funded meal programs (e.i. SFSP, AMP, CACFP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily oversight of Link2Feed and related POS systems
  • Review meal count data for accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze and transform data to highlight useful information, suggest conclusions, and support decision-making.
  • Provide real-time monitoring support during high-volume service periods
  • Conduct routine data reviews to identify discrepancies such as duplicate entries, missing data, or service time errors
  • Ensure system readiness prior to program launch
  • Communicate with site supervisors, program monitors, and other program personnel as needed via phone, email, and/or in-person visits.
  • Flag compliance risks to program leadership
  • Generate basic reports to support reimbursement accuracy
  • Serve as the first line of support for site-level POS questions
  • Document recurring issues and escalate technical concerns to supervisor or Link2Feed support team as needed
  • Track resolution timelines and maintain internal issue logs
  • Support rollout efforts during peak program seasons
  • Conduct travel to assigned sites to perform site reviews, gather documentation, verify compliance, and provide on-site data support as needed.
