The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling large volumes of information while maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and internal systems
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
- Assist with generating reports and compiling data for program and administrative purposes
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational information
- Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues
- Follow organizational policies and procedures for data management and recordkeeping
