About The Position

Data Entry Clerk to type information into a database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. Are you a professional and highly organised Administrator? Requirements

  • Basic Skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word,
  • Adaptability/flexibility and the ability to problem-solve effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Strong written, numerical, and verbal skills

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with internal departments
  • Enter data accurately and precisely
  • Effectively cleanse old data from the system
  • Check the accuracy of the data, the orders, and the invoices
  • Carry out all administrative duties professionally
  • Answer telephones if required although not required to do so regularly
