About The Position

Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with IT and MedSurg Business owners to support data migration and data cleansing activities in alignment with the new system. Collaborate with the Change Enablement team and Site Leads/BPLs/SMEs to develop training plans and content for key functionality Prepare and present data governance reports and updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and the broader application ecosystem and interfaces, combined with knowledge of key business processes.
• Experience in data management, data quality, or related domains, with a solid understanding of data governance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in project management.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement, system upgrades/enhancements, proactive problem solving
• Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and culturally diverse environment.
• Good listening and communication skills, with ability to transfer knowledge efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
• High sense of urgency and commitment to execution
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Technical/functional/operational experiences with Customer to Cash processes in medical device field
• Previous experience of a major program introduction/upgrade, ideally within an IT/Systems or Business Representative role.
• Experience working with data quality tools, databases, and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with global data protection regulations such as GDPR.
