About The Position

Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with IT and MedSurg Business owners to support data migration and data cleansing activities in alignment with the new system. Collaborate with the Change Enablement team and Site Leads/BPLs/SMEs to develop training plans and content for key functionality Prepare and present data governance reports and updates to senior leadership. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field. Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and the broader application ecosystem and interfaces, combined with knowledge of key business processes. Experience in data management, data quality, or related domains, with a solid understanding of data governance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage stakeholders across all levels. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated success in project management. Proven track record of continuous improvement, system upgrades/enhancements, proactive problem solving Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and culturally diverse environment. Good listening and communication skills, with ability to transfer knowledge efficiently Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively. High sense of urgency and commitment to execution Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Technical/functional/operational experiences with Customer to Cash processes in medical device field Previous experience of a major program introduction/upgrade, ideally within an IT/Systems or Business Representative role. Experience working with data quality tools, databases, and associated technologies. Familiarity with global data protection regulations such as GDPR.

Requirements
