About The Position

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will work across multiple departments including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure business decisions are informed by reliable, timely, and accurate data. You will design and maintain dashboards, automate reporting, and surface key trends that influence strategic planning and operational improvements. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your analyses directly impact growth opportunities and customer experience. Collaboration with technical and business teams is critical, providing a chance to refine data pipelines, establish best practices, and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. This role blends technical expertise with business acumen, offering a central seat in shaping how the organization measures performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles, ideally in SaaS, travel-tech, or e-commerce.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying trends and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate, validate, and manage data from multiple systems including CRM, finance, and booking platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting tools to track key business metrics.
  • Deliver recurring reports for leadership at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
  • Analyze trends, customer cohorts, and operational data to highlight growth opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies.
  • Create clear visualizations and presentations for executive readouts, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive briefings (EBRs).
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and external teams to optimize data pipelines, improve definitions, and maintain data integrity.
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders by providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
