We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong interest in the legal and technology fields, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our clients. DUTIES OF THE POSITION: Coordinate directly with internal departments for incoming and outgoing evidence shipment Communicate office needs or challenges to management effectively Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute complex projects in a deadline-driven environment Support the development, testing, and refinement of evidence-handling procedures Ensure strict adherence to chain-of-custody protocols and best practices Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently Conduct quality assurance checks on work products before delivery Assist with archival and restoration of Relativity data Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges efficiently Prioritize projects effectively based on deadlines and scope of work Perform additional office tasks as needed
