About The Position

Summary The Ryder Internship program will allow students to apply their knowledge into current Ryder projects. Interns will develop a corporate business sense by learning how each department contributes to the overall organization as well as crucial problem-solving and public speaking skills while attending business meetings and participating in projects. Essential Functions Responsibilities will vary according to the area/department assigned Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Currently enrolled toward a degree
• Strong PC skills (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel) intermediate required

• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Personal initiative, ability to present and effectively interact with all levels of management and customers
