In this role, you will:
Manage data transformation and migration initiatives, including legacy system data migration to new platforms.
Support the Empower enterprise transformation program and coordinate across related digital, AI, and data initiatives.
Partner with the Chief Data Officer and senior leadership to execute the organization’s data modernization strategy.
Coordinate with vendors managing active projects and assist with RFP processes for new initiatives.
Collaborate with underwriting, IT, back-office teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery.
Track timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Prepare status reports and communicate progress to executive stakeholders and program leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on data transformation or data migration initiatives.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) environments or enterprise data architecture.
• Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience required.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting RFP processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to align business and IT leadership.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage fast-paced, complex transformation initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within large enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to digital transformation, AI initiatives, or enterprise data modernization programs.
