Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, communications, hospitality, or office operations (internships considered).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with executives, customers, and external partners.
  • A “no-task-too-small” attitude paired with professionalism and reliability.
  • Ability to travel quarterly for select conferences and events.
  • Comfortable working in-office most or all days (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in national security, defense tech, or high-growth startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 2F events such as Offset Symposium, executive dinners, customer engagements, podcast recordings, and corporate hospitality events (e.g., Capital One Suite).
  • Manage logistics for senior-level engagement during industry conferences and travel, including quarterly events like SXSW, AFCEA West, and other government/defense tech gatherings.
  • Coordinate event vendors, venues, catering, travel, schedules, materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Marketing to support the execution of major brand events, particularly in the DC region.
  • Maintain an events calendar and ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
  • Support podcast scheduling, guest coordination, and production logistics.
  • Assist with internal communications, messaging, and content coordination related to events and company culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our Arlington office, overseeing supplies, space organization, vendor coordination, and visitor support.
  • Ensure the office is a well-run, welcoming resource for employees and guests.
  • Coordinate occasional team onsite days, leadership offsites, and internal meetings.
