Deburr Technician (Weekend shift) We’re Growing - Join the Momentum at Chandler Industries! Chandler Industries is expanding, and we’re looking for detail-oriented, hands-on team debur-technician to join us at our state-of-the-art facility in Blaine, Minnesota . Finish, grind, sand, polish, clean, and package parts using hand tools and power equipment Work on a variety of components, making sure they meet quality and finish standards Be part of a team that values safety, organization, and continuous improvement Work in a clean, structured environment with strong 5S practices Build skills and grow within a stable, expanding company Available Shifts Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00am – 5:30pm (+25% shift differential) Requirements What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who takes pride in detail work and can keep things moving while maintaining quality. Review job orders, routers, and instructions to understand finishing and cleaning steps Inspect, measure, and mark parts before and during processing Identify and tag defects like burrs, cracks, and splits Select the right tools and abrasives based on material and finish requirements Grind, sand, polish, and clean parts to remove defects and meet specifications Operate and adjust finishing equipment as needed Perform in-process inspections and make adjustments to ensure quality Load and unload parts into washers and tumblers Enter job data and complete required documentation in company systems Handle materials, tooling, and parts throughout production Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S) Follow all PPE and OSHA safety requirements Support Lean initiatives and help eliminate waste in processes What you bring: High school diploma (or equivalent) Experience using hand tools and power tools (grinding, sanding, polishing, etc.) Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Basic math skills (arithmetic) Strong attention to detail and ability to visually inspect parts Problem-solving mindset — able to think through issues and solutions Team-oriented with a professional attitude Self-directed and able to work independently Additional: (preferred or helpful): 1+ year of experience in a deburring or manufacturing environment This position may require use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools (grinding, sanding, polishing, etc.)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
