About The Position

Okie Staffing is seeking is seeking detail-oriented candidates that have experience building components that support the aerospace industry. We’re looking for a Deburr Operator to support a growing manufacturing team. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy hands-on production in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Remove burrs and apply required surface finishes to sheet metal and machined parts Assemble aircraft components as required Read and interpret blueprints and finish callouts Use calipers and precision measuring equipment Install rivets and aircraft hardware Set up and operate micro-stop countersinks Layout parts and operate tools such as pneumatic hand routers and benchtop band saws Utilize basic shop tools including drill press, grinders, plasma cutter, fork truck, and welders What We’re Looking For: Ability to read and understand blueprints Understanding of sheet metal assembly and surface finishes Knowledge of deburring practices and aircraft component assembly Basic math skills Strong attention to detail Team player mindset with a strong work ethic Experience in deburring or aircraft assembly A minimum of 1 year experience responsible deburring fabricated, machined and manufactured products made from various alloys.
