About The Position

The Decision Support Analyst I plays a critical role in supporting organizational financial goals through accurate data analysis, cost accounting, and strategic reporting. This position ensures data integrity, develops actionable insights, and collaborates across departments to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Health Administration or similar
• Experience in healthcare cost accounting principles, decision support, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and business intelligence/reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Health Administration or equivalent field
• Experience with General Ledger, StrataJazz, and Epic systems
