Duration: 6 months (8 hours a week) Experience: Minimum 10-12+ overall years Centos Red Hat “Fedora” Role Summary Senior Rocky Linux infrastructure advisor providing proactive, strategic guidance Focus on performance, stability, security, and operational excellence Advisory-only role (no hands-on implementation or system administration) Key Responsibilities Assess Rocky Linux environments and identify optimization opportunities Provide recommendations for compute, storage, and network configurations on Rocky Linux platforms Analyzes the client system and storage performance and suggest Rocky Linux tuning strategies Advise on capacity planning and resource utilization for Rocky Linux systems Recommend operational best practices and incident prevention strategies Guide on automation and workflow optimization in Rocky Linux environments Provide patch management, security hardening, and OS lifecycle planning guidance for Rocky Linux Review documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions Prepare written recommendation reports and KPI tracking Participate in regular customer advisory and review sessions Role Boundaries No hands-on configuration or remediation No system administration or production changes No staff augmentation or 24/7 operational support
