The Technical Support Engineer independently resolves most internal support issues and contributes to improvements in tools, processes, and documentation. This role requires strong troubleshooting ability, solid technical understanding of enterprise systems, and consistent collaboration with peers and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS administration fundamentals (productivity tools, identity management, support ticketing, physical security systems, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of corporate networking (hardware installation, Wi-Fi management, VPN-based connectivity, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ownership of issues through resolution.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Time-management skills for competing priorities.
  • 2–4+ years in enterprise IT support or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalated support tickets with minimal oversight.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint security tools, VPN configurations, authentication issues, and network connectivity.
  • Support deployment and configuration of corporate laptops, mobile devices, and SaaS environments.
  • Contribute to SOP development and improvements to service delivery workflows.
  • Provide training or mentoring to IC1 team members.
  • Participate in on-call rotations or incident response activities as needed.
