This role partners closely with AR, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate root causes, reduce invalid deductions, improve processes, and strengthen overall financial performance. The Supervisor is a hands-on leader who provides guidance, ensures policy compliance, and drives continuous improvement within the deductions workflow. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
