About The Position

XL Staffing is hiring experienced Delivery Drivers / Lift Operators to support a busy cabinet delivery and installation team. This role is ideal for a safety-minded, team-oriented professional who is comfortable operating material-handling equipment and assisting with hands-on cabinet delivery at construction sites throughout San Diego County. You will report to the El Cajon shop each morning and travel with the delivery team to various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment such as: Scissor lifts Reach forklifts (Pettibone) Boom lifts / aerial lifts
• Assist with loading, transporting, and unloading cabinets
• Carry and position cabinets at job sites as part of a team
• Read tape measures accurately to 1/16" of an inch
• Assist with cabinet preparation using tools such as: Table saw Air nail gun Other hand and power tools
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth deliveries
