The Demand and Growth Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing programs designed to grow awareness, interest, and adoption of donor-advised funds (DAFs). This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for building integrated digital journeys that convert prospective and current donors, partners and advisors, into engaged donors. Working cross-functionally with sales and service, research and analytics, technology partners and the marketing team, this role will optimize how audiences discover, engage with, and convert through the organization’s digital channels—including web experiences, forms, campaigns, and donor support touchpoints. This role will also be responsible for determining the marketing lead scoring and attribution modeling to demonstrate touch to revenue. The ideal candidate combines digital marketing expertise, data-driven optimization, and donor journey thinking to generate measurable growth in donor engagement and contributions.
