About The Position

As the Demand Generation Manager at Reality Defender, you will be in the driver's seat of ideating and creating campaigns that define how users navigate and buy our deepfake detection solutions. Are you a marketing generalist that’s interested in leaving their mark on a new category? If so, read on. This role combines high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Revenue Operations, and leadership to deliver campaigns that educate the market, generate qualified pipeline, and move prospects through the buying journey.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, campaigns, events, and/or field marketing.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented operator that is familiar with high-level thinking and covering the details.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales and BDR teams to support and lead account-based or opportunity-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project manager with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiar with marketing automation and CRM tools (ex HubSpot, Apollo).
  • Effective communicator with experience coordinating across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Based in New York City and open to a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing programs across multiple channels including events, webinars, BDR outreach, paid campaigns, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Manage planning and executing events and webinars end-to-end. From promotion through post-event follow-up and pipeline tracking.
  • Partner closely with sales and revenue operations to align campaigns with target accounts, active opportunities, and pipeline priorities.
  • Support pipeline maturation through nurture programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact, reporting on key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, marketing-sourced deals, and attribution.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for event logistics, content syndication, and asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns clearly communicate product value and align with core messaging.
  • Manage marketing program budgets and ensure resources are used effectively.
  • Drive experiments. Setting the standard in this category means testing messaging, tools, and trying new deepfake detection platforms.
  • Oversee Reality Defender’s campaign strategy across products, use cases, and our global footprint.
