About The Position

As a Deployed Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value realization from AI-driven development tools. Key responsibilities include: Own the technical lifecycle of customer engagements—from deployment and integration to activation and ongoing optimization Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, identify high-impact use cases, and embed AI tools into real production environments Lead technical demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives Support integrations across customer tech stacks and troubleshoot complex implementation challenges Drive product adoption by activating power users and increasing product utilization Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and collaborate with internal teams to influence roadmap decisions Proactively identify blockers, solve technical challenges, and take full ownership of customer outcomes Contribute hands-on by building solutions, prototypes, and lightweight feature implementations when needed This role requires comfort switching contexts across multiple clients, strong product intuition, and a bias toward action.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles
  • Strong coding proficiency (Python and/or TypeScript preferred)
  • Experience deploying technical products into production environments
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineering audiences
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical judgments independently
  • Experience working directly with customers in technical contexts
  • You thrive in environments where you are both building and advising, and you enjoy working closely with end users to ensure successful implementation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with developer tools, AI/ML products, or engineering productivity platforms
  • Background in startup or high-growth technology companies
  • Experience integrating APIs and working across modern cloud-based infrastructure
  • Exposure to AI-native development tools or agent-based systems

Responsibilities
