The duties may specifically include any or all of the following job functions: Detailed review of uploaded documents for accuracy; Case and docket management functions as required; Processing e-mail requests for database changes/updates; Processing and uploading incoming and outgoing mail; Generate a variety of reports on a daily basis and process appropriately; Perform petition processing as required; Answer telephone calls; Occasional coverage of various tasks for co-workers who may be out; Develop and maintains a system for tracking and monitoring deadlines.
