Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT certification required
  • Experience with Civil 3D or AutoCAD
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Initiative and accountability in meeting deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Colorado land development experience is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Site grading and drainage design
  • Utility layout and coordination
  • Stormwater management and drainage reports
  • Construction plan preparation
  • Permitting submittals to local agencies
  • Cost estimates and bid documents
  • Perform engineering calculations for grading, drainage, and utilities
  • Assist in preparing construction documents using Civil 3D
  • Support development of site plans and surface models
  • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers
  • Assist with stormwater design and drainage reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
