About The Position

Provide onsite and remote technical support for employees, new hires, and contractors. You’ll troubleshoot desktops/laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and Microsoft applications, while delivering strong customer service and maintaining accurate ticket and asset records.

Requirements

  • Desktop / site support experience in a corporate environment (hardware, software, peripherals).
  • Comfortable supporting Microsoft tools (Windows + Microsoft applications).
  • Strong customer service skills: patient, clear communicator, professional demeanor.
  • Experience working from a ticket queue and documenting work consistently.
  • Ability to work fully onsite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting video conferencing and conference room AV setups.
  • Familiarity with patching processes and basic endpoint maintenance.
  • Inventory/asset handling experience (tracking, issuing, shipping/receiving).
  • Basic directory/access tasks (e.g., password resets, access requests).

Responsibilities

  • Resolve hardware/software issues for PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, docks).
  • Support Microsoft products and internal/external applications; assist with upgrades and routine desktop maintenance.
  • Provide meeting room and collaboration support (room scheduling, video conferencing, conference room/training room equipment).
  • Respond to tickets and requests via phone, chat, and email; keep users updated and document fixes in the ticketing system.
  • Build/configure workstations and install software per service requests; support patch compliance for PCs.
  • Handle new hire setups: coordinate equipment, configure devices, and assist with onboarding/orientation from a technology standpoint.
  • Maintain inventory and equipment tracking (receiving, surplus, staging, issuing/returning); work with third-party vendors when needed.
