The Desktop Support Analyst is a key member of the Snaplogic IT team, providing essential day-to-day technical assistance to our end-users on-site at our HQ office in San Mateo, CA. This is an entry-level, part-time contract position (approximately 20 hours per week) focused on managing the IT ticket queue and ensuring our team has the functional hardware and software they need to succeed. You will work under the guidance of the IT team to resolve hardware and software issues and assist with office-wide technical needs.
