About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide frontline technical support to our employees, with a focus on SharePoint user assistance and basic Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment management. Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware, software (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365), and peripheral issues.
• Assist users with SharePoint Online tasks: permissions requests, basic site navigation, document library management, and troubleshooting access/upload issues.
• Support the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment: assist users with connection issues, application access within the virtual environment, and basic performance checks.
• Execute standard operating procedures for user onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning and access management in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Document solutions, create user guides, and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
