JOB DESCRIPTION Key Accountabilities Provide timely resolution for all desktop support requests in accordance with established service and escalation procedures. Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and resolve issues related to desktop and laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, printers, scanners, copiers, peripherals, and other end-user computing equipment. Diagnose and repair desktop computing systems to ensure seamless connectivity with network drives, enterprise systems, and business productivity applications. Support and troubleshoot conference room and audiovisual (AV) technologies. Troubleshoot and support general telecommunications (TComm)–related issues. Assist with the technical setup and execution of large-scale Town Hall and corporate events. Communicate directly with end users via phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools to identify, reproduce, and resolve reported technical issues. Work independently to manage support requests while adhering to defined escalation policies and service standards. Participate in the testing, documentation, and implementation of assigned technical projects and initiatives. Track and manage hardware inventory in compliance with divisional policies, including the installation and removal of infrastructure cabling between workstations and communication closets. Required and Preferred Skills and Experience Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience. Provides more technical/functional support than administrative support. Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures required of job function. Performs varied and more complex tasks.
