The OnSite Support Technician is responsible for providing on-site, in-person technical support to employees in a professional environment. This role involves creating and managing tickets in ServiceNow, deploying and refreshing supported PCs, printers, and network devices, maintaining computer rooms and network closets, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The OnSite Support Technician will also deploy and support IT audio/video equipment in conference rooms, execute tasks required for ongoing project deployments, and provide on-call/after-hours support for critical issues.
