The primary purpose of this position is to assist with all food service functions as directed and in accordance with established food service policies and procedures to ensure timely, safe, and quality meal service to residents. Full-time employees may elect to participate in the No-Frills Pay Program, which allows employees to opt out of company-provided benefits and paid time off in exchange for an additional $2.00 per hour. As a Dietary Aide, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out your assigned duties in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
