About The Position

Grow your career with a team that shares your desire to make a difference Sodexo is seeking Part-Time Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital which is a 431-bed acute care hospital and the academic teaching hospital for Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Position will work ~ 24 hours per week with excellent benefits and abillity to work additional hours as needed. Start with vacation and personal days accrual! Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal Professional growth via Sodexo's Career Ladder Money toward continuing education events Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually What You'll Do Position will report to Clinical Nutrition Manager and ideal candidate will: Provide coverage of various acute care units including ICU, oncology, geriatric, surgery, medical, cardiology, and gastrointestinal Provide medical nutrition therapy including enteral and parenteral nutrition support Be able to develop strong rapport with the nursing and medical staff to provide exemplary care to patients, staff and community Work with dietetic interns from Saint Louis University for acute care clinical training What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Requirements

Be able to be flexible, a team player, and possess good time management skills
Be a Registered Dietitian and have Missouri licensure
Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
