About The Position

The Dietitian provides quality patient care in collaboration with the Nutrition
Services Manager.  He or she identifies patient needs and participates with the
direct care team in the development and execution of  the Multidisciplinary Care
Plan.  Compiles and evaluates data in preparing Nutritional Assessments and Care
Planning in compliance with established Standards of Practice.  Evaluates
patients at nutritional risk and provides appropriate nutritional intervention. 
Assists as needed in preparation and distribution of meals.

Requirements

• MUST be NYS Dietetics-Nutrition License
• Registered with The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
• Experience in diet therapy and food service management in a health care facility
