Responsibilities

  • Develop, oversee, and continuously refine customer segmentation frameworks and models
  • Analyze customer data to identify meaningful segments based on behavior, demographics, and needs
  • Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation efforts
  • Generate actionable segment insights for marketing campaigns, product development, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft tailored strategies for each segment
  • Manage segmentation team and coordinate cross-functional efforts
  • Monitor market and customer trends to update segmentation strategies accordingly
