About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Digital Data & Analytics Coordinator to manage, analyze, and report on large datasets, supporting business decisions and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proficient in data tools and reporting.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or reporting roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure data and analytics are precise and reliable.
• Communication Skills: Effectively convey insights and recommendations to team members.
• Problem-Solving: Address data discrepancies proactively.
• Time Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in government contracting, defense-related data, or secure data management.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain digital datasets for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Ensure all data management and reporting processes comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.
• Assist in audits and internal control reviews related to data integrity.
• Support reporting to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, research, and IT teams.
• Ensure data analytics projects align with company policies and industry standards.
