About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Digital Data & Analytics Coordinator to manage, analyze, and report on large datasets, supporting business decisions and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proficient in data tools and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or reporting roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in government contracting, defense-related data, or secure data management.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain digital datasets for accuracy and completeness.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Ensure all data management and reporting processes comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Assist in audits and internal control reviews related to data integrity.
Support reporting to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate with finance, operations, research, and IT teams.
Ensure data analytics projects align with company policies and industry standards.
