The Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising efforts across various platforms and channels for the Store Marketing team, including Meta, Google, Microsoft, Affiliate, Amazon, and LiveIntent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these platforms and a strategic mindset, allowing them to deliver flawless campaign execution, actionable reporting, and the thought leadership necessary to maximize our marketing impact. In addition, the Marketing Manager will collaborate on media planning, and be responsible for campaign set-up and execution for internal teams. Remote or Hybrid 3x a week In-office Expectations: This position offers remote work flexibility; however, if you reside within a commutable distance to one of our main offices in New York, Des Moines, Birmingham, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Seattle, the expectation is to work from the office three times per week.
