We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own CrossCountry's digital presence, paid search program, and broader paid media ecosystem. This role is central to how the firm shows up online, managing the website, driving search performance, and growing our digital footprint.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered digital marketing tools, with a curiosity to continuously explore what's next
  • Demonstrated experience managing a corporate website, including hands-on WordPress proficiency
  • Strong paid search expertise, including campaign strategy, bid management, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with programmatic and third-party digital advertising, including campaign execution and vendor management
  • Solid understanding of how paid and organic search work together, including SEO principles and how AI-powered tools are reshaping the search landscape
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
  • Detail-oriented and structured, with a track record of owning programs end to end
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI-powered tools across website management, paid search, and performance reporting to drive efficiency, surface insights, and continuously optimize digital outcomes
  • Own and manage CrossCountry's website, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and alignment with brand standards
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the website reflects the firm's evolving services, acquisitions, and brand
  • Proactively identify and recommend website enhancements and performance improvements, bringing forward ideas before issues arise
  • Serve as the internal digital lead on website redesign initiatives, coordinating with external agencies on technical requirements, reviews, testing, and implementation
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships related to our digital channels, including the firm's external web developer
  • Lead a high-volume paid search program across multiple concurrent campaigns, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to streamline optimization analysis, audience targeting, keyword research, and performance reporting
  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic and third-party digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with firmwide growth priorities and target audiences
  • Partner with the content lead on organic search strategy, ensuring paid and organic efforts are aligned and mutually reinforcing
  • Track and report on digital performance metrics across the website and paid media channels using insights to optimize channel mix, audience targeting, and ROI
  • Evaluate and recommend new paid media channels, platforms, and technologies to expand the firm’s digital reach and targeting capabilities as the firm's needs evolve
