About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of the company’s digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on content production, campaign implementation, platform management, and performance tracking to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of digital marketing or content creation experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule (onsite and remote)

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and web platforms.
  • Maintain and update website content under direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Assist in deployment of landing pages, email workflows, and digital promotions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create graphics, email templates, social media visuals, and digital collateral.
  • Assist in development of blogs, case studies, product highlights, and video content.
  • Edit and format multimedia content for digital distribution.
  • Support content organization and asset management.
  • Track website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Compile monthly performance reports.
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on data trends.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve digital effectiveness.
  • Develop digital materials to support sales initiatives.
  • Assist with trade show promotions, event marketing emails, and online campaigns.
  • Help manage digital surveys and post event follow ups.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed.
  • Maintain digital marketing calendars and timelines.
  • Support budget tracking and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
