Job Summary: We are seeking an execution-oriented, aesthetically-minded, and highly organized Digital Merchandiser to drive the merchandising strategy for our Australia storefront. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising, you will serve as a key architect of the Ruggable digital experience, ensuring our product catalog is presented with precision, relevance, and commercial intent. Success in this role means moving beyond "site maintenance" to proactive optimization. You are a curious self-starter and a natural dot-connector who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner very closely with the North America (NA) Digital Merchandiser and the Catalog Specialist to ensure global consistency and data integrity. Working in lockstep with the broader Digital, Creative Operations, and Storefront teams, you will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle on-site. You must possess a refined eye for detail and a "site perfectionist" mindset to ensure every user journey is brand-consistent, frictionless, and aesthetically superior.
