About The Position

Westaff is looking for a Digital Print Finishing Technician in the Hudson, MA area for Immediate Start! Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $18.50/hr-$20/hr DOE

Requirements

Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Mechanically inclined; print or bindery experience a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
Comfortable using computer‑based applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Set up and operate bindery/finishing equipment including perfect binders, saddle stitchers, and UV coaters
Operate guillotine paper cutters
Set up and run inkjet envelope printers as needed
Set up and run wide‑format printers as needed
Deliver materials throughout the facility to appropriate departments
Perform quality control checks
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
