About The Position

We are currently seeking a Digital Print, Cutter, and Finishing Operator to join our custom manufacturing team in Elgin, IL. Our company supports a strong and growing base of retailers and national brands — producing custom signage, POP displays, and retail solutions in a wide range of materials. Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in digital print production, cutting, or finishing
Familiarity with ERP software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

experience with CNC cutters, laser cutters, or retail signage production

Responsibilities

Operate large- and small-format digital printers (flatbed and roll-to-roll)
Run vinyl and material cutters (plotters, digital cutters, Zund/X-Acto-style, etc.)
Assist in finishing tasks such as laminating, trimming, mounting, and assembly
Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed
Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and minor troubleshooting
Collaborate with team to meet tight project deadlines
Work with various substrates including foamboard, vinyl, acrylic, styrene, and more
