About the Job In this role, you will operate the direct-to-can digital printing machine and play a critical role in the digital print workflow, from raw materials to finished product. You’ll support production, quality assurance, and distribution while helping ensure flawless execution on every print run.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive production tasks
- High school diploma or GED
- Enjoys continuous learning, hard work, and being part of a growing team
- OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Related vocational training or technical certifications
Responsibilities
- Importing and preparing final artwork files for print in partnership with the Digital Production Designer
- Delivering the weekly production schedule and ensuring volumes are accurate
- Operating the digital printer as well as depalletizers, conveyance systems, and repalletizers
- Troubleshooting routine digital print machine errors
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
- Assisting with quality assurance processes and continuous improvement
- Assembling customer orders and preparing shipments
