About The Position

The Print Shop Team Member is responsible for printing, bagging, shipping, and co-packing as part of a manufacturing team dedicated to efficiently personalizing M&M’s products. Please note: this is not a graphic design position.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Strong interest in manufacturing with a willingness to learn equipment operation and basic maintenance
Proficiency and comfort with computers and PC software, including MS Office and email
Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.
Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions
Basic machine maintenance and cleaning ( with training)
Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing facility experience
SAP experience
Understands production schedules, production computer systems, work instructions, etc.

Responsibilities

Operate, troubleshoot and change over specified machinery safety and efficiently
Complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM) and perform autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly of equipment.
Conduct quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks, inspecting date codes, item numbers, dump logs, and tracking waste.
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, production numbers, and waste performance.
Keep detailed log books and complete all shift documentation accurately.
