The Digital Product Manager plays a key role in defining, delivering, and overseeing the lifecycle of multiple products within Allstate’s expanding portfolio. This position is responsible for setting the strategic vision, leading product discovery, and creating roadmaps to maximize value for both customers and the enterprise. Specifically, the Digital Product Manager for Container Workloads will guide the evolution and simplification of our microservices ecosystem across our multi-cloud Platform as a Service offering. They will take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, product health, usability, adoption, and value creation related to developing and running reference workloads that test and validate our container hosting model. This drives a simplified user experience, reliable runtime, and operational stability in all environments. The team’s mission is to deliver simplified, secure, and scalable patterns that empower engineering teams to efficiently and reliably manage modern workload ecosystems, aligning with our platform vision. Lastly, we expect Allstate Digital Product managers to be hands-on and be able to use their products. Our ideal candidate can fully engage with the user experience by developing sample code, manage configurations, and incorporating application dependencies including database and storage systems.
