The Digital Product Training Specialist designs, develops, markets, delivers and manages learning solutions including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led sessions using a systematic approach of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for technical and commercial content related to the digital software suite. Work closely with the Digital Office Offer Management Team (Segment Leaders, Offer Managers, Product Owners), Global Learning and Development Program Manager and IT Learning Management to identify strategic initiatives that will enhance the learning program. Align with global digital learning strategy while modifying approach as needed in the region and / or country based on different go-to-market approaches. Provide consultative services to the Design and Development team in identifying and implementing alternative and e-Learning materials that complement the curriculum of instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and web courses. Responsible for in-person and virtual class administration and preparation, including but not limited to developing a training plan, scheduling, set-up, enrollment, travel, demo equipment, activity materials, courseware, assessments, evaluation, and follow-up. Create, maintain, and update training materials including instructor-led, virtual instructor led, train-the-trainer PowerPoint presentations, training exercises and other segment focused learning materials. Provide regular feedback to key stakeholders, achieve program metric goals, track program data, compile reports and actively seek cost saving and productivity improvement opportunities. Offer interactive courses that meet learning objectives to sell and support Distributed IT, DCIM and EPMS solutions in the digital software market segment. Ability to thrive in a team environment which includes sharing best practices with other training specialist, etc.
