About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Digital Records Coordinator to manage and maintain electronic records. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and handling routine administrative tasks. The primary responsibility is to ensure digital files are accurate, organized, and up to date.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases
  • Upload, scan, and file electronic documents
  • Review records for accuracy and completeness
  • Update information in internal systems
  • Ensure documents are properly labeled and stored
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Respond to basic internal requests for records
  • Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks
